Budnick's High Speed Table-top Plotter
Budnick's high speed table top plotter answers the trend towards just-in-time production, shorter runs, and cutting various substrates. Although it produces the same precision parts, Budnick's high speed plotter could be considered superior to non-garnet waterjet cutting because it produces parts faster, is capable of cutting specific depths with its XYZ axis controls, and does not require extra time after the parts are cut to clean and dry them - making it more efficient in many cases.

In-line Laser Cutting
This servo-controlled, high speed, in-line laser digital cutting system is capable of producing parts that were once considered "unmachinable" with mechanical tooling. The laser beam is Computer Numerically Controlled (CNC) controlled and cuts parts at speeds up to 100 feet / minute. An infinite variety of part dimensions can be supplied as individual pieces or kiss-cut on a roll. Whether you need micro-parts, micro-perforation, prototypes or production parts, this technological advancement overcomes the limitations of mechanical tooling.

Waterjet Cutting
Waterjet cuts are made with an ultra-high pressure stream of either water, or garnet and water. The stream is Computer Numerically Controlled (CNC) to precision cut almost any material. Waterjet cutting is utilized for the toughest fabrication jobs where conventional cutting methods are unable to produce quality cuts.
