A - ANALYZE YOUR APPLICATIONS
The consulting team utilizes a proprietary database to help them analyze your adhesive's suitability for each application. This database allows us to compare and contrast products from all major adhesive tape manufacturers (3M, Permacel, tesa, Avery Dennison, Saint-Gobain, Tyco etc.).
No other authorized converter has this analytical software. Therefore, the LEADR Report offers you the most beneficial and unbiased audit of your adhesive coated materials.
D - DESIGN COST EFFICIENT PARTS
Budnick designs the most cost effective and "user-friendly" configurations of your adhesive materials (die-cuts, spools, finger lift tabs, etc.). This step improves quality by providing consistent sizes and shapes of your parts. "User-friendly" design changes improve employee satisfaction, safety and productivity.
R - RECOMMEND & IMPLEMENT PROCESS IMPROVEMENTS
Based upon time studies, recommendations are made to modify your existing dispensing equipment, improve application procedures or automate your processes. In addition, adhesives are custom converted to integrate with these dispensing systems and procedures.

All you need to do is call Budnick and ask about a LEADR review. A LEADR consultant will verify your appointment time. The team leader will bring your adhesive tape kit and a Budnick gift to the appointment. He/She will spend about an hour listening to your ideas or concerns and briefly review your processes. You and the team leader will set up a convenient time for our consulting team to spend several hours performing the LEADR Process Analysis.
The consulting team will break down your various tape applications and begin analyzing them on an itemized basis. Our application analysis will draw upon the ideas and experiences of your team members, our 50 years of experience, many adhesive tape manufacturers and automatic dispensing equipment manufacturers. Further, the team will compare and contrast the tapes that you are using among other tapes in our proprietary database.
The team will propose the optimum tape and process for each of your applications. Your LEADR Report may include the most economical tapes that are sufficient for your applications, the most efficient design for your tape parts, process improvement ideas, recommendations for automatic dispensing machines and adaptations to your current equipment. The report will include all product and machine costs. Further, it will have estimates on any adaptations to existing equipment or processes. The LEADR Report will compare and contrast your current product to the proposed product or process. You may want to try the more efficient product now, or keep your report on file in case the manufacturer changes or discontinues your tape.
